Shipping & Returns

What are the timelines for orders so I can make sure I get my product(s) in time?

Our standard order processing times during the holiday period prior to shipment are below:


Non-monogrammed orders: 2-3 business days

Monogrammed orders: 4-6 business days


Please allow additional time for orders to arrive once shipped, as shipping carriers tend to get backed up and delayed during the last 6 weeks of the year which is outside of our control. Once a product has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info – that is the best reference for the status of your order once shipped, we don’t have any more detailed information.


How do I return products?

Do you have a holiday return policy? I’m buying a gift and want to make sure I don’t fall outside the returns window because they recipient won’t receive for a while.

Yes! All orders placed from November 1st, 2021 through December 9th, 2021 are eligible for our holiday return extension, where returns will be accepted beyond the 30 day window through January 10th 2022. All orders placed on or after December 10th, 2021 will be subject to our standard 30 day returns policy.


I placed an order, but I put I want to change the color, product, or I entered in the wrong shipping address – can I make those changes?

Please reach out to customer@staycourant.com for order changes. Please note, we cannot guarantee order or shipping changes during the holiday period – so please be sure to check that your information and selections are correct prior to ordering.


One of the products I ordered is marked Pre-Order, but I ordered other products too. When will they ship?

When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we ship what is available immediately and then ship the pre-order item once it comes in stock. Please reference your order confirmation for the expected ship date of your back-ordered items.


How can I personalize my order?

Simply click "MONOGRAM IT" directly below the 'Add to Cart' button to prompt the customizer.


What can I personalize?

Personalization is offered on all CATCH products, in addition to our AirPods and AirPods pro cases. For our Classics line, we offer gold and silver foil options with up to three (3) letters to add. For our Essentials line, we offer two laser printed color options. Max character volume is also three (3) letters.


What about your bundles?

For our Bundles, we also offer monogramming, however the personalization will be the same on each product within the bundle. You cannot choose which products to "not" monogram in the bundle, as they all will be personalized with the exact same letters.

Classics vs. Essentials

What are the differences between the classics and essentials collections? They look similar?

Courant offers chargers in two main collections that are identical in form and function, and differ only in material, color, and price. Similar to how you can buy a couch in either leather or fabric, we offer that same shopping experience for chargers.

AirPods and AirPods Pro Cases

How do I put my Courant leather AirPods or AirPods Pro case on my AirPods?

Separate the top and bottom cases. Put the bottom section of the Courant leather case on first, this will fit snuggly on your white AirPods charging case. Inside the top section (the cap) of our leather case, there is a clear adhesive strip to aid in fitment. Remove the clear strip and firmly place the cap on the top of your AirPods case!


Can the cases be monogrammed?

Yes, we offer monogramming on both AirPods and AirPods Pro cases. You may choose either gold or silver foil, with up to three (3) letters.


Do the cases allow for wireless charging?

Yes, as long as your AirPods charging case is Qi-compatible, you can our leather protective case on while wirelessly charging.

General FAQ

Is my phone compatible with Courant Chargers?

In general all devices (phones, earbuds, qi-based smart watches) that are Qi compatible can be charged on Courant products, but the majority of compatible phones can be referenced here.


*Apple watches are not compatible with Qi Charging, and therefore do not charge on Courant products*


Do I need to remove my phone case to charge?

Our chargers work with most phone cases up to about 3mm. Things like magnets, wallet cases, extra thick protective cases, rings, and pop sockets will can pose compatibility issues. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to customer@staycourant.com


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! To purchase a gift card, select a value from the options listed here.


Do you provide a gift note?

Yes! You will be prompted with a box to check saying “Add a gift note?” in your shopping cart. Simply select check the box and type in your note.
